Nicolae Beșliu is the President of the MOTIVATIE Moldova Association; he is one of the founder members. Since the very beginning Nicolae was part or the executive team within different projects. Nicolae holds a Master in Social Worka and currently works as a social worker for Norwich Public Authority (United Kingdom) Children Services. In 2016 Nicolae was ellected as a President of the Rotary Club of Ruislip Northwood in England. Nicolae is married and educate two children.
Victor Koroli – Executive Manager of “INFONET” Alliance (since 2008); he has Bachelor’s degree in Social and Human Sciences of the Faculty of History and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iaşi; Trainer, mentor, expert in areas such as accessibility of electoral processes for people with disabilities, social inclusion, community and public policies development, human rights, advocacy and citizen participation in public and decision-making processes, information technologies, civil society development. Since 2009, Mr. Victor Koroli is the director of numerous projects in the field of inclusive elections and the inclusion of people with disabilities in electoral processes.

Luminița Suveică is a general practitioner by profession. She graduated from the Nicolae Testemițanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 1994. In 2000, she obtained a primary specialization in endocrinology and nutrition. Mrs. Luminița Suveică is a Doctor of Medicine since 2007; Master in Public Health - 2009; Master in Criminal Law - 2014; Master in Management and Economics in 2018; Associate Professor, Expert in Public Health. Mrs. Suveică was Director at the Health Department of Chisinau Municipality (2009-2013) and former Director of the Public Health Centre (2013-2018). She is President-elect within the Rotary Club of Chisinau for 2019-2020 years, Member of the Association of Entrepreneurs Women of Moldova, Member of the International Women’s Club of Moldova, President of the Association of Medical Employees and Pharmacists of Moldova. Mrs. Suveică is the author of 2 monographs, 19 guidebooks; she has over 100 scientific papers published in Moldova and abroad. She holds 24 gold medals for Innovation in Medicine.

Natalia Matei has Master’s degree studies in psychological counseling. Since 2004, she has been working in the field of providing services to people with disabilities and their families. Initially, she worked as a psychologist in projects of the Association “MOTIVATIE” of Moldova. She also worked in the Community Center for Children and Young People with Physical Disabilities (a subdivision of the Municipal Directorate for Children's Rights Protection) as a psychologist, social pedagogue and, later, as Manager of this specialized service. Natalia also took part in coordinating the activities of local and international volunteers, promoting volunteering among young people with full abilities and people with disabilities. She is a practitioner of Participatory Theatre (in particular, in the projects of Keystone Human Services International Moldova Association), as responsible for coordinating the Forum Theater performances for children in schools, teachers, children and young people with disabilities and their parents.
